i've come to realise that when you are sad, only you'd be sad. you will feel down, and you spoil your own mood. what's the point? be happy. at least, by that way, you wouldn't leash your anger onto innocent beings that's trying to console you, right? and at least, you'd be happy. don't worry too much. serious.

what i mean is, your loved ones might "go" anytime. you will not know. don't worry, i'm not emo-ing. i'm taking this optimistic-ally. at least i realise that i should appreciate my family members from now on. love them with all my heart. really show them that i love them. because if you don't, one day you wouldn't have the chance to do so, and you'll seriously regret. A LOT.

cool. eventhou the demonstration and all were being held that day... i was nicely having a bday celebration with my family in KLCC. even Foofy was excused from not working. and i watched movie.... ate.... ohkay. enough. i think i'm crazy enough already.

my holidays haven't officially started. why you may ask? last week was the PDL course. this week i have to choreograph some dance for the performance this sun in Kajang. so i have to go for practices. eventhou you might have got bored of the cheetah girls dance, but it's actually pretty fun to teach NEW ppl all over again.

hahaha. yeah. my third time doing this dance as a performance. haha. gila. i'm doing a short ballet number with sarah and sylvia too. short ballet number as in 1 minute plus ONLY. HAHAHAH. =D.

so EVERYBODY. listen up. lye ken is sort of planning to celebrate my bday. so if you're anyone i know, please go. hehehe.


since it's meuy's bday also, we can go and celebrate her bday also! so everyone that i & her know is invited. make sure you go, alright? okay, spread the word. pronto. make sure you don't make plans on that day! and oh yeah. i have no money. which means i'm not belanja-ing. try asking someone else to belanja you. back from PDL ( personal development leadership) course.

please don't blame me for not updating before i go. just wasn't free. hahaha.

so PDL. pretty fun. i know i know i've been complaining about it. so that's like the only time i get to complain about it cos i know that when i get back which is now, i'd prolly say i had fun and all. like now.

so watches are allowed. and too bad i didn't bring. i practically had to ask the time from my roomates every hour. and i met a lot of friends. from all around msia. added them on friendster and msn. hope to stay in touch with them, duh.

we had to wake up ourselves. first few days, we depend on the alarm clock my friend brought but in the end we had to give it in cos one trainer took it cos alarm clocks are apparently not allowed. the next few days my friend who always wakes up early in the morning woke up earlier than any of us so she woke us up. or else... well, let's just say thank god for her.

oh i found out that i can study and remember for the next day eventhou i was tired on that day. and memorize my PCC if i keep on reciting to myself until i fall asleep.

unfortunately, i had fever for a few days there.

i was a room leader. i was the leader of my group study. i was the trainer for a guy who failed his PCC. i was the leader with another girl for the morning exercise on the last day. we were suppose to do morning exercise for at least 15 min. and guess how long we did?









3 minutes. i know awesome ppl, right?

dorms were okay. food okay. trainers okay. sessions okay. toilet okay. one bathroom can't be used. friends okay.

at least the girls' dorm is much better than the guys' stinky dorm. even the living outside of their dorm stinks. they had to use dettol spray, seriously.

we broke some of the rules, as usual.

on the first night, we couldn't sleep. my roomate bang on the wall separating my neighbour's dorm and my dorm. surprisingly, they bang back too. so that's how we communicate at night. muaaahhahaha.

Foofy's now in Tawakal hospital. eye infection. maybe due to contact lenses. so reminder to everyone: try not to wear contact lenses when you can. HAH. xD.

i called her yesterday to know whether she was okay or not. since she had that terrible red eye on sunday. she went to a doctor, it seems that the doctor told her that it's just an eye sore. but i don't know how she saw an ulcer or something. so she decide to go to an eye doctor today.

found out eye infection.

she need injection okay! injection to her EYEBALL! imagine the needle going nearer and nearer to your eyeball. you can't close your eyes also, cos it seems that the doctor put something there. and foofy said it was painful. even she has headache due to the injection.

she sms-ed me. i was half asleep at first. then when i read her sms:

" sw... i need stay at hospital =( Haiz. "

i went like... WTH? stay at hospital? so i called her.

when she told me about the needle, the injection thing, i went like EW. YUCKs. and she told me i'm the one suffering the pain and you're the one screaming YUCK and all. HAH.

this is crazy. imagine people out there having fun with their lives enjoying, screaming, laughing watching tv where ppl like foofy have to endure the pain. the injection to the eyeball. the needle going nearer and nearer to the eyeball. Yerh.

same goes with people who throw away the edible food they don't like where people in Africa are dying to have some food.
